The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure has recently gazetted an amendment to the Housing SEPP creating a new Chapter 5 (Transport oriented development), to begin implementing the widely anticipated Transit Oriented Development (TOD) program.

Mecone is proud to have assisted School Infrastructure NSW in lodging a Development Application for Wentworth Point Public School upgrade – stage 2. The expansion includes a four-storey, state-of-the-art educational building to increase the school’s capacity and remove demountable classrooms.
