Mecone is proud to have assisted School Infrastructure NSW in lodging a Development Application for Wentworth Point Public School upgrade – stage 2. The expansion includes a four-storey, state-of-the-art educational building to increase the school’s capacity and remove demountable classrooms.
Our engagement included providing expert planning advice from the initial stages of the project, coordinating discussions with Parramatta Council and the Sydney Central City Planning Panel, and preparing a detailed Statement of Environmental Effects.
We are delighted to be at the forefront of developing essential social infrastructure that supports the educational needs of communities across the State.
