Mecone is proud to have assisted our client in securing approval for a complete redesign and change of use from 17 townhouses to a three storey NDIS (community housing) building within four months of lodgement.
Working alongside a fantastic team, everyone played a critical role in ensuring that much needed community housing is provided in the heart of Footscray. These houses are so critical in supporting people in need and Mecone are glad to have played a part.
