Mecone are proud to have assisted our client with receiving approval of a Development Application for a four storey mixed use development comprising retail premises, commercial premises, a cafe, a restaurant, provision of 183 at grade parking spaces and one basement level, and associated civil and landscaping works on the corner of Olive Hill Drive and Brunson Road, Cobbitty in Sydney’s south west.
The site is within the Oran Park Growth Precinct and is identified as one of the key neighbourhood centre sites which will eventually contain 7,540 new homes.
Our Western Sydney team assisted with preparation of a Development Application including Statement of Environmental Effects, CPTED Report, lodgement and liaison with Camden Council.
