Welcome Fletcher Rayner

Fletcher is a highly experienced urban planning professional with more than 25 years’ experience across statutory, strategic and environmental planning, as well as development advisory.

He has worked extensively in local government, specialising in complex development assessment, planning proposals, development control plans, strategic planning and developer contributions planning across both greenfield and urban renewal projects.

Prior to joining Mecone, Fletcher held senior executive planning roles leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex planning matters involving applicants, communities, government agencies, planning panels and the NSW Land and Environment Court. His practical understanding of the NSW planning system enables him to provide balanced, solutions focused advice to achieve successful planning outcomes.
