About the Project

Mecone has been involved in preparation of site specific DCP, ongoing planning proposal liaison with Council and Mirvac and is currently preparing numerous development applications for the site including a concept approval for a mixed use neighbourhood.

The scope of works includes:

  • Preparation of preliminary planning advice and overview of applicable approval pathways
  • Preparation of site-specific DCP and Design Framework
  • Preparation of multiple Statement of Environmental Effects and Clause 4.6 variation to support several development applications across the site
  • Planning project coordination and review of reports and plans
  • Post lodgement liaison with key Council staff
