The project is a mixed-use development of 48 residential units over 5 levels with space for a café/restaurant at ground floor, communal courtyard and public domain upgrades.
Located in the Sydney City Council area, the project offers an interesting and unique design, which includes terraces that have dual vantage points to the street and to the courtyard.
Scope of Works
Mecone undertook discussions with Council to achieve an increase of floor space and height on the site. A Statement of Environmental Effects was prepared to support a development application to Council. Works also included negotiations with Council throughout the assessment process to ensure a high quality outcome for the site.
