About the project
Mecone also prepared an REF for development approval purposes in accordance with Part 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act (EP&A) 1979. Mecone’s scope of works included:
- Liaison with key stakeholders;
- Management of the consultancy team
- Review documentation;
- Preparation of the REF; and
