Mecone was engaged by the Department of Planning and Environment to provide planning and project management services to support the development of the Camellia Place Strategy. Our resources worked closely with DPE and their team of technical specialist to develop and evaluate various future land use scenarios. Over the course of 12 months, we contributed to the development of the discussion paper and draft place strategy for Camellia. Particular areas of focus included advice on utilities and transport infrastructure, staging and implementation.
