Mecone facilitated the application with the City of Maribyrnong which has received 13 objections and were pleased that no appeals were lodged.

The proposal features 17 townhouses with basement car parking. The townhouses have an excellent mix of internal and external amenity outcomes. The development will be well integrated with the street and sets a precedent for high-quality design within the municipality of Maribyrnong.

Mecone was engaged to undertake the following tasks:

• Preparation of Town Planning report and lodgement of planning permit application
• Management of the application process from lodgement through to council decision
• Ongoing advice and management of the project to obtain endorsed plans.
