Given the site’s inherent building separation and flooding concerns, Mecone prepared a Clause 4.6 variation request for a building height variation as to facilitate a taller and
more tailored, site-responsive design.
Mecone was engaged to provide preliminary and ongoing advice on planning issues and procedure, undertake a thorough compliance assessment of the project to understand and resolve key issues, attend a Pre-DA meeting with Council, meeting with the Bayside Design Review Panel, prepare a supporting Statement of Environmental Effects, Clause 4.6 Variation Request and undertake post lodgement coordination.
