About the project

This Project involved the development of land on the south western fringe of the Macquarie Park Precinct, within walking distance to Macquarie Park University, Macquarie Park shopping centre and other major amenities in the locality. Mecone’s engagement included:

  • Initial advice and due diligence in relation to the proposed development in preliminary stages;
  • Organisation and attendance of Pre-lodgement meeting and liaison with Council;
  • Project coordination and management throughout design and Development Application preparation
  • Authoring and lodgement of a detailed Statement of Environmental Effects to support the DA; and
  • Ongoing DA management and negotiation with Council and relevant authorities post-lodgement
