Lodged prior to the gazettal of VC267, the application was assessed under the previous Clause 55 provisions. Notably, the proposal achieved strong compliance with Clause 55 objectives, both old and new, and was carefully designed to respond to the site’s slope, protect existing vegetation, and deliver a high level of amenity for both future residents and the surrounding community.
