Queensland Injectors Health Network (QuIHN), Maroochydore

Mecone is proud to have assisted Queensland Injectors Health Network (QuIHN) on achieving approval for a new facility in Maroochydore.

Their newest facility on Aerodrome Road will replace the existing facility at Cotton Tree, providing for improved capacity and a valuable asset to the community.

QuIHN is a state-wide, not for profit, and non-government health service which provides a variety of high quality health services to illicit drug users throughout Queensland.  Services include: medical, counselling, group therapy, needle and syringe program, peer education sessions, and workforce development.

It was a pleasure working collaboratively with Sunshine Coast Council and the following consultants to achieve a great outcome for the site:
