Marsden Park North is a precinct within the North West Growth Area and is located within the Blacktown Local Government Area (LGA). Precinct planning for the precinct has been in progress since 2014. The primary purpose of the project is to build on previous work undertaken by both the Department and Blacktown City Council (Council) to enable the identification, rezoning and development of land for employment uses supported by conservation, recreational and public infrastructure. These opportunities will need to reflect the economic, land use, geographic and infrastructure characteristics and limitations of the area.
