About the project
The strategy is underpinned by comprehensive early engagement. The process has included more than 10 focus groups and drop-in sessions, an online community survey, direct targeted stakeholder interviews, and the use of an online engagement tool – ensuring the strategy is directly shaped by community and stakeholder input.
Mecone provided a number of services including:
