Barangaroo is a world class waterfront precinct, Sydney’s largest redevelopment project and a rare renewal opportunity on the western edge of Sydney’s CBD. The development includes a range of residential, commercial, retail, hotel, community, open and recreational spaces. The site is divided into three redevelopment
areas being:

• Barangaroo South – the commercial centre of the site
• Barangaroo Central – the cultural and civic focal point
• Barangaroo Point – a foreshore park and space for recreation, expression and celebration.

In addition to project management services, Mecone has had previous involvement in the project management of the key modelling and transport inputs into the design of Transport Square, a proposed transport hub to service Barangaroo and Northern CBD, providing links between Wynyard Walk and the proposed ferry terminal at Barangaroo.
