Mecone have delivered all required planning approval services, including:

  • Stage 1 Concept DA for land use and building envelopes.
  • Management of a Competitive Design Alternatives process to select the successful design/architect. Hassell designed the winning scheme.
  • Stage 2 Detailed DA for the winning design
  • Clause 4.6 Variation Request to the Building Height standard to facilitate the creation of a through site link between the two halves of the development.
