The NSW Government has announced that the State led rezoning proposal for the Cherrybrook Precinct is now on public exhibition. The rezoning facilities approximately 9,350 new homes in a well connected location close to the Cherrybrook Metro Station

Amendment VC268 has now been gazetted in Victoria. The scheme amendment implements the 2025 Victorian Transmission Plan (VicGrid, 2025) into the Planning Policy Framework (PPF) and updates references to the Climate Action Act 2017
Amendment VC283 has now been gazetted which replaces Plan Melbourne 2017 – 2050 with the newly released Plan for Victoria. The Amendment updates the Victoria Planning Provisions and all planning schemes to bring Plan for Victoria to life.
