Welcome Melissa Halloran

Melissa has over nine years’ planning experience working in the public and private sectors on residential, mixed use, commercial, industrial, education and infrastructure projects.

She has experience across both strategic and statutory planning, including in major precinct planning, due diligence preparation, planning proposal development and assessment, development application preparation, Development Control Plan preparation, land use assessment, landscape and visual impact assessment and planning policy and strategy development.

Through her work leading multidisciplinary teams on complex and sensitive projects, Melissa has built strong skills in effective project delivery. Her work across local government, state government and private consulting on a diversity of planning projects, has also given her a practical, in depth understanding of the NSW planning system and the ability to confidently navigate its complexities.
