Celebrating Harmony Week

To mark the occasion, everyone brought in a dish from their culture to share. It was a great opportunity to come together, celebrate the diversity across our teams, and learn more about the backgrounds and traditions that make up Mecone.

Harmony Week is an important time in Australia to recognise and celebrate cultural diversity, and to reflect on the values of inclusiveness, respect and belonging for everyone. Our celebration was a simple but meaningful way to connect, learn more about one another, and appreciate the cultures that shape our workplace and our communities.
