Celebrating International Women’s Day

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, speaks to the value of sharing our experiences, supporting others, and creating opportunities that strengthen our industry for everyone. It is about recognising that when people share their insights, open doors for others and make space for different perspectives, everyone benefits.

Thank you also to Amber Nehal from our Western Sydney team, for expertly moderating the discussion.

There was a lot to take away, particularly around equity in the built environment, applying a gender and diversity lens to the way we work, and how we can continue to promote and support women across the industry.
