– Geelong’s proximity to Melbourne, enviable lifestyle, and significant recent and upcoming investment has created a rapidly growing, vibrant city ripe with opportunity – watch this space!

– Making the numbers stack up remains the number one challenge for development – and planning controls are only one part of a complicated equation.

– Creativity and community go hand in hand – and a city is only good when our most disenfranchised are uplifted and empowered.

It was also a powerful reminder to not let the housing and cost of living crises silence meaningful discussions about the quality of our homes, neighbourhoods, and cities.
