After a significant amount of hard work by the whole project team, Mecone is excited to have helped Tian An LFD secure development consent for its Hammond Greens project at 5-9 Gordon Avenue, Chatswood.
The project is one of a very limited number of recent State Significant Development consents for mixed-use development in Chatswood. The approved building is 35 storeys high, with 91 apartments and commercial uses within the podium.
