This development will provide for an eight-storey development that exhibits high quality design and public domain presentation on a dual-frontage property affected by unique and challenging topographical and environmental considerations. This proposal will provide positive benefits through the provision of high-quality housing in an accessible and suitable location, in addition to providing well-designed commercial premises that will facilitate activation of the Fitzsimons Lane frontage.
Mecone provided provisional planning advice during design development, drafted the Statement of Environmental Effects, drafted three written variation requests that included respective 10.6% and 29.5% variations to the building height and FSR development standards, provided management of lodgement and post-lodgement activities and provided client representation before Council and the Sydney North Planning Panel.
