Mecone is thrilled to have played a key role in assisting our valued client, APKC , secure approval for the mixed-use development application at 573 Gardeners Road, Mascot.
The Sydney Eastern Planning Panel reviewed and unanimously endorsed Bayside Council’s recommendation for approval of the development.
Designed by fjcstudio and managed by ET Consults, this exceptional project will provide high-quality residential accommodation that harmoniously integrates with its surroundings, completing a missing piece in the ongoing residential development along Gardeners Road.
From formal lodgement of the DA, approval was granted in less than 6 months!
