Welcome Ann-Maree Carruthers

As a top performing Director and Executive Director with 15 years in the public service, Ann-Maree possess extensive experience managing complex programs of work, leading strategy development, and building high-performing teams. Her professional background spans program and project management, strategic and statutory planning, urban renewal, greenfield development, development assessment, environmental impact assessment, and community engagement, and she has repeatedly demonstrated experience delivering major projects across metro and regional NSW.

With proven success in complex and large-scale projects, Ann-Maree reliably delivers technical expertise and advice to stakeholders. Outcome-focused and a strong negotiator, she effectively bridges both internal and external stakeholder needs to build and maintain relationships across all organisational levels and deliver results.
