Welcome Ashley Everton

Ashley is an experienced urban strategist, with over 19 years’ experience, who brings a wealth of knowledge in urban development and policy formulation from his involvement in a variety of projects across Queensland and Australia. He provides consulting services to a range of private, community, infrastructure providers, local government, and state government agencies.

With a specialisation in high-value application pathway strategy and project delivery, Ashley’s expertise spans housing, health, education, growth areas, retirement and aged care, industry, logistics, and more. His technical skills and project management capabilities make him a trusted advisor, delivering commercially sound solutions across a range of sectors. Notable for his work in complex development applications, Ashley has built a strong reputation across Queensland for his comprehensive strategies, particularly in health, education, and logistics sectors. His work in urban renewal, greenfield developments, Build to Rent, and affordable housing projects is highly regarded.

Ashley holds a Graduate Diploma in Urban & Regional Planning (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Built Environment (Urban and Regional Planning) from the Queensland University of Technology.
