Long awaited plans for the Riverstone East Precinct Stage 3

The draft ILP and Discussion Paper is on exhibition from 15 February to 14 March 2024, with community drop in sessions on 28 and 29 February.

Stage 3 of Riverstone East directly adjoins Rouse Hill Regional Park and covers 174 ha. It is subject to minimum and maximum density controls that deliver a maximum yield of 3,600 dwellings and an estimated population of 11,000 people.

This is one of the last remaining developable areas in the North West Growth Area to be rezoned. It will assist in addressing much needed housing supply.
