The redevelopment of the three existing low density lots will result in an additional 31 apartments a short walk from Gordon Railway Station.
The development provides a range of apartments with large floor plans catering to a range of future residents, particularly those wishing to downsize but stay on the north shore close to where there is a high level of amenity.
Our Western Sydney team assisted in obtaining an approval through the NSW Land and Environment Court, including preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects, two clause 4.6 variations related to building height and minimum lot dimension, lodgement and management of the application, and attendance at the Section 34 conciliation conference.
