We received some brilliantly diverse and high-quality submissions, congratulations goes to FJC Architects on their winning design. The jury praised the response to Country demonstrated in materiality, landscape and public domain concepts. The jury also commended the massing strategy – with three slim figural towers interpreted to human-scale groupings.

The development will comprise a 2-storey commercial podium, with 24-storey residential building.
