Mecone’s Western Sydney team have recently assisted BH Group Holdings with lodgement of a development application of a four storey mixed use development comprising retail premises, commercial premises, a café, a restaurant, provision of 181 parking spaces at grade and in one basement level, and associated civil and landscaping works. The site is within the Oran Park Growth Precinct and is identified as one of the key neighbourhood centre sites within the precinct which will eventually 7,540 new homes. The team assisted with preparation of a Development Application including Statement of Environmental Effects, CPTED Report and lodgement with Camden Council.
