On Friday, our teams from Sydney, Western Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane came together in Sydney for Mecone Together – our annual team bonding day and a great opportunity to connect with our colleagues across each office and look ahead.
This year, the theme was self leadership, exploring how we each take ownership, contribute to our teams and help shape the future of Mecone.
The day began with each of our teams presenting their future vision, sharing ideas, priorities and aspirations for the years ahead. It was a great opportunity to hear directly from across the business and reflect on where we’re heading together, in line with our five year strategic goals.
A highlight of the day was hearing from our fantastic guest speaker, Koon, Executive Coach who shared valuable insights through her own experience, case studies and practical applications of self leadership and personal growth.
To finish the day, the team went head-to-head across the city, taking on a range of challenges across Sydney that brought out plenty of competitive spirit and teamwork.
