Welcome Jessie Xie

Jessie has successfully overseen the planning phases of various projects in New Zealand including multimillion-dollar infrastructure, commercial, mixed use and residential projects for local government, private-sector clients and in-house for the developer.

Her extensive experience includes managing and working as part of large and diverse multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major projects and providing tailored advice to her clients. As a Planner and Urban Designer, working from different perspectives enables her to provide balanced, solutions focused and earnest advice.

Jessie has 10+ years planning experience in Local and State Government and in the property industry and holds a Bachelor of Planning from the University of Auckland and a postgraduate master’s degree in urban design from the University of Auckland.
