Business Planning Day 2025

Guided by the theme “Lead with Purpose – Shape what’s next,” the day was a valuable opportunity to reflect on our progress, align on shared goals, and build momentum for the future. As Mecone continues to grow, staying connected across our offices and grounded in purpose has never been more important.

Thank you to Matt Collins, CEO of the Planning Institute of Australia, for joining us as our guest speaker and delivering an inspiring presentation and engaging Q&A discussion with our team on wayfinding in the planning world.

We extend our appreciation to Vanessa Panayi from The Learning Circle Co. for expertly facilitating the day. Vanessa brought us together through fun activities, team bonding, and space for personal reflection, all while keeping the sessions engaging and purposeful.

After a day of collaboration, we wrapped things up with our End of Financial Year party!
