This transformative project involves the construction of a 90 MVA data centre that will not only revitalise the site but also address the growing demand for data storage in strategically accessible locations. The development is poised to play a key role in driving economic and technological growth within the Bayside Local Government Area and across New South Wales.

The project team has worked seamlessly to overcome a range of complex site and design challenges, delivering a solution that is both highly functional and sensitive to the site’s unique context and surrounding environment. We congratulate Grimshaw and the wider consultant team for their outstanding work on this remarkable building and design.

Mecone was responsible for preparing the Environmental Impact Statement and Social Impact Assessment, as well as providing ongoing planning advisory services throughout the application process.
