Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan 2050 is currently on exhibition. Feedback is being sought until 5pm, Monday 25 November 2024.

The Master Plan seeks to facilitate a total of up to 13,000 homes, 32,000 jobs, 5 to 10 percent affordable housing, new hotel accommodation, more space for education and health, new community sports and leisure centres, a new library and community hub, a new cultural centre, new school education sites, new public spaces, sports fields and playgrounds.

The proposal includes Master Plan 2050, a draft Explanation of Intended Effect (EIE) explaining proposed amendments to planning controls and supporting technical studies.

If you have any questions or want to discuss how the proposed changes may impact your site, please contact our NSW Mecone teams at info@mecone.com.au. We have a very experienced team, and we would be happy to assist with any submissions to the NSW Government.
