Designed by FJC Studio, the proposal comprises 80 residential apartments, with a ground floor retail activated street frontage, contributing much needed additional housing in Bayside. This skilful design carefully responds to the prevailing built environment and surrounding context and will provide a significant and appealing contribution to the Gardeners Road streetscape.
We look forward to further post-lodgement engagement with Bayside Council, the Bayside Design Review Panel and Sydney Eastern City Planning Panel to complete the missing piece in a line of recent high-density residential developments along Gardeners Road.
