The Planning Proposal is to amend the Sydney LEP for our valued client. A fantastic outcome for this ‘tower cluster’ site, as designated under the Central Sydney Planning Strategy, and one which will facilitate a future 30-storey hotel mixed used development, delivering additional employment floor space and contributing to the growth the of the innovative corridor and Sydney’s role as a globally competitive City. Mecone looks forward to seeing this project through the next stages of planning including a design excellence competition with the City of Sydney Council.
