65 Lansell Road, Toorak

Situated in the leafy streets of Toorak, 65 Lansell Road, is designed by Cera Stribley Architects. The building comprises three exceptionally designed, high-quality and contemporary apartments, specifically designed for owner occupier downsizers. The design has an emphasis on amenity provision embedded with sustainable and accessible design principles.

The development has been conceived with the location in mind, designed to appear as a grand residence, responding to the siting and design characteristics of existing and proposed development currently under construction.
