Diana Au


Diana has over 16 years experience in Statutory Planning, with experience in both Section 96 applications (amendments and subdivisions), apartments, medium density housing and greenfield developments and advocacy at the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal.

She has experience in developing policies to assist decision makers relating to negotiations of infrastructure; land acquisition; GAIC policy of when to accept land and Development Contributions, so when and how to provide credit for Works In Kind for projects, ensuring that there is adequate cashflow. Diana also provides forecast of future developments that have not been completed in the growth areas. Additionally, she has knowledge of land valuation methodologies relating to public land contributions.

Diana has experience in the implementation of Precinct Structure Plans, Development Contributions Plan and Infrastructure Contributions Plans and the collection of Developer Contributions.
