Rockdale Town Centre: Interchange Precinct Planning Proposal

Mecone is pleased to have assisted Fivex in obtaining support from Bayside Local Planning Panel for the Rockdale Town Centre: Interchange Precinct Planning Proposal to proceed to the Department of Planning and Environment for Gateway Determination. The Planning Proposal seeks to increase the maximum building height permitted under the Rockdale LEP from 22m to 27m, with additional heights for sites with an area of at least 1500sqm to allow for a maximum building height of 39-metre. In addition to 246 apartments, the future development has capacity to provide approximately 4,015sqm of retail floorspace and 337sqm of commercial floorspace.
